All our footwear is proudly handmade to order in our own factory located in Northampton, England, the world-renowned home of luxury shoemaking.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As we operate on a made-to-order basis to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for your shoes to be handcrafted and dispatched.
Can I return or exchange my shoes if they don't fit?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of receipt, provided the items are in unworn, original condition. Please note that custom bespoke orders may have different terms.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide using premium courier services. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How should I care for my leather footwear?
We recommend using high-quality cedar shoe trees to maintain shape and applying premium leather creams or waxes regularly to keep the leather nourished and protected.
Are your shoes resoleable?
Yes, our construction methods, including our sidewall stitch and Goodyear welted ranges, are designed to be fully resoleable by a professional cobbler to ensure longevity.
