At Crown Northampton, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn footwear in its original branded box and include the completed returns form provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our Northampton workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
